Our CSR policy functions as a built-in, self-regulating mechanism whereby a business monitors and ensures its active compliance within the spirit of the law, ethical standards, and international norms The goal of CSR is to embrace responsibility for the company’s actions and encourage a positive impact through its activities on the environment, consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders and all other members of the public sphere.

We strongly believe in making people grow all along its growth trajectory. This is possible with continuing commitment by the company to behave ethically and contribute economically, improve the quality of life of the workforce, their families, local community and above all, the society at large, while protecting the environment.

 S-Service – To adopt a corporate strategy that empowers us to serve needs of the society around us. Besides, we provide the best in industry service to the customers and to create a mutually benefiting environment through collective endeavour of company, employees, customers and community.

P-Productivity – To support and incorporate development, initiatives/CSR projects are an integral part of our business. We make all the employees to contribute towards it and make it result oriented. We encourage our human resources through provision for Education, Training and Skill Development to empower them and be productive as well as socially responsible persons.

E-Efficiency – To cultivate and maintain partnerships with various institutions/stakeholders for CSR programs implementation. We  assess and measure the effectiveness of the projects against the performance indicators and the targets set.
