“Remit & Win” Promotion

1. Promotion Organizer
   The “Remit & Win” promotion is organized and managed by LM Exchange, registered and licensed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
2. Promotion Period
   The promotion will run for 42 days starting from 25th September 2025 until 6th November 2025 (both dates inclusive). Any transactions made outside the promotion period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
   This promotion is open to all individual retail customers of LM Exchange who perform outward remittance transactions during the promotion period. Each individual outward remittance transaction will qualify as an entry into the draw.
   Exclusions: –

• Corporate remittances
• Foreign Currency Exchange
• Inward remittances / Utility payments

           4.Promotion Mechanics
           a) Weekly Lucky Draw:

• Two winners will be selected every week through an electronic draw supervised by authorized
  personnel and in compliance with UAE raffle draw regulations.
• One winner will receive a Travel Voucher worth AED 3,000.
• One winner will receive a 10 gram Gold Coin.
• The more remittances a customer makes, the higher the chance of winning.
  b) Instant Gift:
• Customers performing two remittances on the same day will be eligible to receive an instant
  gift at the counter.
• Instant gifts will only be issued after being recorded in the system. Customers must collect
  their gift immediately after transaction completion.   

        5. Draw & Winner Announcement
            The lucky draws will be conducted weekly at LM Exchange head office or any approved branch
             location, in the presence of authorized representatives as per UAE  promotion guidelines.
             Winners will be notified via their registered mobile number/email and may also be announced
             on LM Exchange’s official social media platforms.

             If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the draw date, LM Exchange reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternate                         winner.

6. Prize Terms
   Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be enchased. Travel vouchers will be subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing travel agency. LM Exchange will not be responsible for travel booking, visa arrangements, or additional expenses. Gold coins will be provided as per the prevailing market standards and must be collected in person by the winner with valid identification.
7. General Conditions
   Entry into the promotion is automatic upon completing eligible transactions. No additional registration is required.
8. LM Exchange staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   LM Exchange reserves the right to use winners’ names and photographs for promotional and marketing purposes, in line with UAE privacy laws.
   All decisions of LM Exchange regarding draws, eligibility, and prize distribution are final and binding.
9. Compliance
   This promotion has been approved by the Department of Economic Development (DED), UAE,
   and is conducted in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.
   LM Exchange reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at its sole
   discretion, subject to approval from relevant authorities.
