“Joining LM as a remittance staff member at the DCC branch felt like the start of a new adventure. Little did I know, it would blossom into an amazing 11-year journey filled with growth and personal pride. My path took me from Deira City Center to Mall of the Emirates, then to the bustling Dubai Mall. It was there that a sense of accomplishment washed over me as I earned my first promotion to Supervisor. Dubai mall metro Link followed, and within a year, I received another promotion – this time to Assistant Branch Manager (ABM). The opportunities at LM never stopped. After a year as ABM, a transfer to MCC opened doors to a dream come true – becoming a Branch Manager. Managing the Dubai Mall, one of the most visited places in the UAE, filled me with immense pride. Recently, my journey took another exciting turn with a promotion to Area Manager of five branches: DCC, Dubai Mall, Metro Link, Nakheel, and Burjuman. But beyond the titles and locations, what truly makes LM special is the people. Also, as a woman, I've always felt incredibly welcomed and supported. Working with my colleagues has been an absolute pleasure. They've been instrumental in my growth, always encouraging me to learn and pushing me to reach new heights. “It's hard to believe it's been over 13 years since I embarked on this incredible journey with LM Exchange. This was my first job in the UAE, having been hired from India as an Assistant Branch Manager. I came with almost four years of experience in the finance and banking sectors in India, but nothing could have prepared me for the growth and opportunities that awaited me here. I vividly remember my training days at Deira Mushaid Bazaar. From there, I moved on to manage branches at Mirdif City Centre, Arabian Centre, Deira City Centre, and Sonapur. The Arabian Centre, in particular, holds a special place in my heart, as I spent many years there, growing both personally and professionally. In 2018, I was promoted to Area Manager, a role that allowed me to oversee eight branches. The experience and learning during this period were invaluable. Recently, I reached another milestone in my career by becoming a Cluster Manager, now responsible for 17 branches. This promotion is not just a step up in my career; it's a testament to the trust and support I've received from everyone at LM Exchange. The people I've worked with over the years have made this journey unforgettable.
